Refund policy

1. Right of return (30-day withdrawal)

1.1 The Seller provides a 30 (thirty) day return option. You are entitled to notify your return request within 30 days from receiving the product.

1.2 A return can be accepted only if the product:

  • is in its original, undamaged condition (not worn, not used),

  • has all original labels intact and not removed,

  • is returned in its original packaging,

  • arrives together with the invoice or other credible proof of purchase;

1.3 We are unable to accept returned products that have not been pre-approved in the Webshop.

  • completing and sending the model withdrawal form,

  • or making an unambiguous written statement (by email or on another durable medium).

1.4 The downloadable model withdrawal form is as follows:

The form is also provided as a PDF attachment to the order confirmation email (as an annex to the General Terms and Conditions, “GTC”).

2. Method and deadline for refunds

2.1 In the event of withdrawal—provided the consumer sends the withdrawal statement before the 30-day deadline—the Seller must promptly acknowledge receipt.

2.2 All amounts paid (including the product price and the basic delivery cost, but excluding any additional delivery charges chosen by the consumer) will be refunded no later than 7 days after receipt of the acknowledgment.

2.3 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. At the consumer’s request, another payment method may be used, but this must be clearly indicated (for example, specifying bank transfer in the withdrawal form) the buyer will not bear any costs as a result.

3. Return and restitution of goods

3.1 The consumer must send back the product without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from exercising the right of withdrawal, to the Seller’s address (or an address authorized by the Seller). It is sufficient for compliance with the deadline to dispatch the product before the period expires.

3.2 The cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer, unless the defect is attributable to the Seller or the delivery service provider (e.g., damaged or defective product)—in such cases we proceed according to the prescribed procedure (see below).

4. Exceptions – when does the right of withdrawal not apply?

The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in particular in the following cases (based on Section 29 (1) of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.)):

  • for products manufactured or personalized at the consumer’s request,

  • for perishable goods or items with a short shelf life (e.g., food, flowers, plants),

  • for sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., beauty products, software),

  • for certain services, digital content, or on-site services (e.g., accommodation, transport) where the performance has begun and the consumer acknowledged this in advance.

5. Product inspection and liability

5.1 The consumer is entitled to open the product and test it to the extent necessary to establish its functionality. Any depreciation of the product resulting from use beyond this extent may be borne by the consumer.

6. In case of a defective or incorrect product

6.1 If the product arrives damaged or defective, or if you received a product different from the one ordered, please notify us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, we will investigate the matter and take the appropriate steps.
