Shipping policy

1. General Provisions

This Shipping Policy defines the terms and conditions for the delivery of orders placed in the online store operated by Lando Group Kft. (registered office: 1061 Budapest, Jókai tér 10, 1st floor, door 1; e-mail: hello@lando.eu). By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted this policy.

2. Delivery Area

  • We deliver throughout Hungary and to selected European countries.

  • The destination country can be selected during checkout.

3. Delivery Methods and Service Providers

  • Order fulfillment is handled by our logistics partner, Boxy Fulfillment (2225 Üllő, Régész utca 1.).

  • Deliveries are carried out by contracted courier services (e.g., GLS, DHL, DPD, or another designated provider).

  • Service options include home delivery and, where available, parcel point collection.

4. Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed on business days.
  • Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–5 business days
    Estimated delivery time within Hungary: 1–3 business days
  • The stated delivery times are for guidance only; actual delivery may be affected by courier workload, public holidays, or customs procedures.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout in the order summary before payment.
  • International Shipping (EU and selected countries):
    • Orders outside Hungary are delivered by DPD directly to the customer’s door.
    Standard delivery fee: 7.95 EUR
    Free delivery for orders above 180 EUR
    • We are continuously expanding our international logistics network to improve delivery times and regional coverage.
  • Domestic Shipping (Hungary):
    • Orders within Hungary are delivered by GLS or MPL.
    GLS home delivery: 1,950 HUF
    MPL home delivery: 2,798 HUF
    Free delivery for orders above 60,000 HUF
    • Deliveries are made directly to the customer’s door. Delivery locker options are currently being developed and are not yet available.

6. Delivery Notification and Tracking

  • You will receive an e-mail notification when your package is handed over to the courier.

  • This message includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Delivery

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during the time window specified by the courier.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or redirect the parcel to a designated pickup point.

  • If the delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Buyer, any resulting additional costs will be borne by the Buyer.

8. Receiving a Damaged Package

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery.

  • In case of damage, prepare a report in the presence of the courier and immediately notify our customer service at: hello@lando.eu

  • Without a report, subsequent claims for damage may be limited.
